Tropical Villa Vacations has pre-screened all private residences and has assembled a wonderful collection of accommodations which are of extraordinary quality, ambiance and location.
Tropical Villa Vacations is owned by Irene Ann Aroner. Irene has resided in sunny Kihei for 15 years and has been involved in the travel industry for an aggregate of 31 years. Prior to creating Tropical Villa Vacations 10 years ago, her primary profession was as a Chief Concierge and Consulting Concierge with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Seattle, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and in other cities in Asia at Regent Hotels. As of this year, Irene also serves as the Principal Broker of our real estate division, Tropical Villa Realty. The Tropical Villa Vacations team consists of many dedicated professionals. You will be assisted by Concierge Yvonne Nitta (former Concierge Four Seasons Olympic Seattle, and former Chief Concierge Four Seasons Resort Wailea), Reservations Coordinator Anne Barber, Chief Accountant Jackie Zisko, Luxury Accommodation Specialist Jim Duggar, Administrative Assistant Alma Bergman, and Photographer/Tech/Web Manager Daniel Morgan Boone.

All villas are carefully selected and feature reliable housekeeping, maintenance, useful and plentiful amenities, comfortable ambiance, and an attractive decor.
We only reserve properties owned or managed by dependable and cooperative sources who also care about your enjoyment and who work together with us to ensure a good value. We anticipate the needs of our guests!
Guests often remark that our photos don't fully convey the beauty of our homes. Arriving guests are usually very surprised and delighted with the quality we provide! An array of island information will be provided upon arrival including a compendium overflowing with informative articles about touring Maui. Property specific House rules and Guest Use Guidelines will let you know how to safely enjoy your accommodation.
We are available to our on-island guests 7 days per week during normal business hours and by cell phone for after-hours emergency assistance.
